Our software suite is comprised a few simple systems that work together providing superior guest verification, authentication, and reporting. Some of the primary components are Smart Entry Access, Smart Entry Voice Mail, Remote Database Administration (Synchronizer), Smart Entry Data Entry.

In addition, we can integrate with most gate access systems using either barcode or proximity card technology. This powerful integration gives our customers a single source providing enhanced control and security.

Smart Entry Access Software components include:

• Key Control subsystem.
• Smart Entry Voice Mail Messaging System.
• Smart Entry Reader system reads data from the hardware at the gatehouse and records entry and exit activity.
• Smart Entry Reports software.
• Smart Entry Synchronizer System that allows data entry performed at Property Management to be transferred to the gatehouse (real time minimizing the need for any system down time during the transfer).
• Smart Entry Access, the software that security personnel will use to identify incoming visitors, records their visit information (location, time of visit, and automobile).
